Come discover our riad located in the historical center of Marrakech, just 10 minutes from Jamaa el Fna square, 5 minutes from the souks in Bab Doukkala district. Our riad has been fully restored for almost 3 years. It has all the modern comforts while respecting the Moroccan architecture. Muhamed and Khadijea will take care of your stay in our house. . We can, if you wish, prepare breakfasts for 6 euros per day per person, as well as dinners for 20 euros. Our house is not a tourist scam without soul and without any respect of the local population. The renovation of our riad is a real favorite for this country and its inhabitants.

Summary: A spacious and beautiful Riad in the Medina, just minutes from the souks. As a group of 9 we had the entire property to ourselves. The staff are exceptional and attentive, particularly our host Hamza who was on hand to organise our trips, restaurants and deliveries. A wealth of information and nothing too much trouble for him. We thank you so very much. Close to the many street food stands and general stores meant our time their was stress free and totally enjoyable. A real gem and an authentic introduction to Marrakech.

Summary: We (a familiely of 6 adults) spent 5 wonderful days in Marrakech in late October and felt very lucky to stay in riad Espoir. It is a beautiful place close to the Medina Walls but only a short walk from the souks and Jardin Majorelle. It is so quiet and you really feel the tranquility of the place only disturbed by the chirping of the birds. The interior of the riad seems very authentic and it is very well kept. The manager of the place, Mohamed, is the most helpful person you can imagine. He arranged the transfer to and from the airport and also the most amazing trip to the Ourika Valley. He says his english is very bad but this is not true. We communicated in english all the time with no misunderstandings. You can get breakfast or dinner if you want. We had breakfast every morning and a wonderful morroccan dinner on the day we arrived. Khadija and Khadija who did the cooking and housekeeping are the sweetest persons and made our stay very comfortable. When we return to Marrakech we would defenitely stay here again.

Summary: Owners very helpful and obliging. Had our best meal of the trip in the Riad too. Home cooked chicken and lemon tagine: fab. Only disappointment was that the property is a little tired in places but great location and excellent sun terraces on the roof.

Summary: Not just because the rias is beautiful, spacious, withon la medina. But also because of Mohamed's help not only organising outdoor activities and trip to essouria but also with any possible question we might have had, we were young unexperienced and very lost, and within a day we felt like at home. We couldn't have been better taken care of. The area around the riad might look sketchy, but its what you can expect from medina. We had no problems with the people, and it turned out most were very helpful! It's far enough from the busy streets and close enough to the walls of the medina to quickly grab a taxi or go to the bigger supermarkets. The rooms were bid, the toilets were clean, the common areas were very welcomming, sadly we didnt use the pool and kitchen mutch, the weather wasnt helpful at all! Overall fabulous experience at the riad and in marrackech, 100% recommend.

Summary: I spent a few days with 8 friends at this wonderful riad. Romuald was very kind and quick in answering. He perfectly arranged our arrival at the riad. The atmosphere is magical and Mohammed welcomed us with a delicious home made moroccan dinner. The neighbourhood is lively and extremely charming, perfect location! I definitely recommend it.
